Joseph is awesome! He came to my house to fix/replace my broken sideview mirror on my Lexus NX and did a wonderful job! I couldn’t be happier to get my car back to how it should be…instead of the broken mirror being held by duct tape. He also understood that I needed it done before going to a wedding on Friday. So, he squeezed me in his busy schedule and made sure I showed up to the wedding in style, with my car all fixed up. I also want to note that Joseph was very responsive; very reasonably priced for his service and really good at what he does! Can’t even tell my mirror was damaged! Seattle auto glass shop was fast and efficient. I was able to schedule a next day appointment where they drove to me for the fix. The national chain my insurance pointed me to only had appointments available at their shop and only had availability 20 days out.
